How can I get my labrador dog to stop urinating and defacating on me while I'm sleepi

She's 7 years old and in the last few months she has taken to jumping on the bed when I am sleeping and either doing a poo or weeing on me. I don't find out until I wake up in the morning. Why is she doing this and how can I stop her? PS I can't put her outside, I live in a small apartment and it is too cold for her elsewhere.

Taker her out back, and shoot her.

Anyways, might help to spay her if she isn't

Lock her into the cage!

Is it trained?

Put her in the living room? Lock your door?

Piss on her, that'll show her how it feels.

Don't let her eat or drink a lot before bed.
Take her for a run/walk right before you sleep.
If it persists, visit a vet.

My dad had a similar experience except his dog would sleep on his face and no where else. I know it sounds rough, but he had to tie her to the bannister and he set up a bed for here there. Find something similar where you can tie her, and put a bed there for her. Let her sleep there for 2 weeks and she won't ever bother you again. My dog is really old right now so I don't know what she did to my dad back in the day but I know that right now she only sleeps in 2 spots. My bed/room and the stairs.
