Might get it for my little sister on Christmas.
This isn't worth it. DS version is far superior at it's time. This is merely an expansion pack that isn't that great.
I like Animal Crossing, but it's pretty much everything we've done since the Gamecube version. Except the multiplayer.

well with the wii it looks good, but not as good as the other versions of it on different consoles

OH. One major change is that you can celebrate holidays around the world. For example. Boys' Day. You need to go to a Japanese person's town to celebrate it and get an item. :)

Nookington's hours are horrible in this game.

The game, yes. But it'll have to be the UK version. Since the US version is incompatible with UK Wiis, you'll have to wait, probably.

so what does a person do in this game?
It's just a sim game, you buy a house. Earn money catching rare bugs, fish, fossils rare paintings etc. They have various events scattered on the calender, like fishing tournaments, festive events. It's a very cutesy game on the surface, but if you give it time it is pretty solid and some of dialogue is actually pretty funny, and also pretty wierd...Quote:
