Yes i can. Since you are illegally misusing the script all I have to do is contact your host and then you will be banned. That means you will loose all your files(if you haven't backed up) &all the months you have paid for it, and since its not refundable that sucks for you.

I doubt you can close a person server down for removing copyright ;)
You haven't trade marked anything lol.
And secondly, the background for the layout looks fucked, the only reason why its browser compatible its cause its made by a free web template site and its simple. I'm surprise its revision 4 and there is practically nothing but shit in there. It looks boring too compared to Erik's CMS' when he use free web templates. SQL Injectable and its crap so far.
