Hmm...it looks sort of weird when I think about it...the iris/pupil placement is kind of off, it seems that you cut off an important part of the iris (to the left side of the pic)
I think you need more of the blue/green part of the eye to the left side of the picture, so that it doesn't seem like that's the right eye instead of the left.

Other than that it looks cool...dark...and gloomy.
