L2 Decrypt for C2

Dear sirs,

As the new topic for the lineage II C2 Thailand, I found that the ini or txt file are
encrypted with new verison 411, did the L2decrypt tool will upgrade? or
you can tell me how to decrypt the file with 411 method, thank you very much.

This will Decrypt, but not Encrypt, but I hope it helps.

Yeah, it'll be nice once we're able to encrypt these new 411 files. One step closer to a C2 server I suppose.

Is anyone currently working on making a program to decrypt and encrypt the .ini files to 411? I really have no idea what would be involved in such a task...but I'm just wondering if anyone's trying to figure this new problem out.

I have ask L2Decrypt author, Freakazoid, months ago (since KOR version starts to use v4.11 encryption), he answered, "Looks like packed(inflate) and rsa(2048bit) encrypted. As its asynchronous encryption it will be most likely only possible to decrypt but not re-encrypt."

So, you can decrypt v4.11 file(s) but can't encrypt it back because of RSA. It also has been confirmed by L2J's leading author, L2chef, too.

BTW, L2J releases "L2Proxy" to wrap C2 IP request to wherever you want.

client could be patched to avoid encryption at all, this will allow using unencrypted files
it's easy enough if you can decrypt everything... just patch all calls to encryption routine with nop (only where files get opened)
Is there some expirienced crackers to do that? I could try, but it would take much more time for me and i don't have C2.

Hi there my first post here, i'm not very experienced in client cracking but I have a "need-to-know" base and trying to figure out how to make the C2 Client read C1 encryption could be easyer like that :)
