Im only getting orbs as drops!

hi, umm for some reason now, im only getting orbs as drops in the first three maps(BI, DS, blablabla)
ex) crude orb, the next orb and so on........ and also some crystals sometime

but it wasnt like this before i only edited the "world9_terrain.scp" to change the drops and stuff......


is there a fix for this?

Set UseWorldDrop=1 in your worldsvr ini and don't set the droprate above 5x or it will ruin drops. This is a well known problem.

Set UseWorldDrop=1 ive already got
droprate:3 it still only drops orbs!

Lower your droprate. This is a very common question which you would have found the answer to if you had searched or checked the stickies.

my droprate is 500x

change your drop rate to 3x, restart your server...
dont set it above 5...

There's your problem.....lower it by oh about 497.

It even tells you that in the script.. Or did it not..?

I dont remember, in the preview of 2.5, it was in Config Script, but dont remember if it is in rates script.. xD

It is in the rates script for my 2.5 final but the warning isn't in v1, v2 or darkxl's files.

ahh, no i meant that my drop rate was 2..........

i posted that comment at like 2 a.m. lol i was thinking about my exp rates

Post that section of your const.scp. The only thing that causes this is rates being too high and without being able to see your settings we are just guessing really.

Have you edited any droprates in the *terrain files?

i replaced my edited terrain files with the original ones ;P
