[Release]vB Style
Quite simply this is a vbulletin style to go with the 'Web Release' CP
Screenshot:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/tdata/Image2.png
Instructions:
This style assumes that the ROIICP is in your root folder.
1. Open your header.jpg file from the CP into your favorite image editing software,
2. Add your title in the whited area.
3. Save-As the file into - (your vb folder)=>images=>misc As header.png .
4. Go into your ACP (Administrative Control Panel) in vB and select Styles & Templates=>Download / Upload Styles.
5. Click the Browse button and select vbulletin-style-Ro2.xml .
6. Fill in the Name you wish to give the style, it's parent style, and if it can be selected by users.
7. Hit Import
For those of you who are not using the ROIICP in your root folder, you have a bit more work to do.
1. Find the path to the CP.
2. Goto ACP=>Styles & Templates=>Style Manager
3. Click on the drop-down that says "All Style Options" in the row with your new style.
4. Select Main CSS
5. You need to replace all of the " ../../../../" with the path to your CP folder.
The places you need to edit are:
Body - It is in the box on the right
Category Strips - Background Box
Table Header - Background Box
Table Footer - Background Box
6. Click any of the Save CSS buttons when you are done.
If you need any help, just ask. As far as I know, it will work with 3.6.x-.>3.8.x as I only changed css settings. But if it doesn''t work, let me know, I'll try to help.
EDIT:: My first mod to go with it is a simple one.
A server status display message.
I placed it in the under the header and before the navbar. So here is how:
1. ACP=>Styles & Templates=><style name>=>Edit Templates=>Navigation / Breadcrumbs=>navbar
2. Search for:
Code:
<strong>$vboptions[bbtitle]</strong></div></if></td>
(the </if> and </td> are on their own lines
3. Under the </td> paste:
Code:
<if condition="$vbulletin->options['serverstat_enable'] == true">$serverstatus</if>
Now to import the product.
1. ACP => Plugins & Products => Manage Products
2. Click Add / Import Product
3. Browse to the product-serverstatus.xml file and hit open
It is now installed.
It is Disabled by default. Enable it in ACP => vBulletin Options => vBulletin Options => Server Status.
Now you need to go to ACP => Plugins & Products => Plugin Manager => serverstat
In the php box you will see:
$sIP = "127.0.0.1"; //Server Ip
$Port = "64000"; // Server Port
include('../inc/Functions.php'); //Replace ../ With path if ROCP isn't in the root location.
Edit them to match your settings. then save. Any problems, I'm here to help.

Re: [Release]vB Style
I'll look into it.
EDIT::
Okay, I've given it my best shot.
All you need to do after installing the theme is copy your header.png into : (mybb folder)/images/
BTW, the Same things apply for this as for the vB version. If you don't have your ROIICP in your root, you'll have some editing to do. Let me know before you install the theme if that is the case. I'll show you an easy way to do it.

Re: [Release]vB Style
Good start, but i personally dont like the fact that the forum stayed "the same" but just has the same background / header that was used in the RO2 Website.

Re: [Release]vB Style
This is a Skin at the moment. I'll most likely post any mod that I come up with for ROII.

Re: [Release]vB Style
You are aware that the thread is 2 years old correct? But If you need it, I can attempt to make the style again for the updated vB.

Re: [Release]vB Style
Can you mod the MyBB version to look like vBulletin?
I'd appreciate that a lot.

Re: [Release]vB Style
Sure why not, What version of MyBB?
Okay, I am willing to do a new vB and MyBB Skin/Style. I do however need a copy of the CP you want in order to match them.
