Uhm I dont know what your talking about? I would be glad to help you though but i dont understand .-.
Sounds to me like you want a server crasher. In case you haven't figured out this classifies as a hack file which is not supported. the port is not closed until the server is closed. but that in turn d/c the players connected to the world.
don't know why you would want a useless program other than to hack other servers.
