wait its in the SQL too...
xD there is a column named DeleteFlag :p and DeleteName...
when DeleteFlag is 1 the char is deleted....and DeleteName is the name of the deleted char(That is how HG recover their chars :p)
The query for the rank should be....:
SELECT * FROM Character WHERE DeleteFlag = 0
just that
My friend deleted the char and re-made which it has a blank char x.x

The characters and clans without name are deleted chars/clan, Gunz wont load that into the characterlist,
You can see the orginalname at the colom deletename.
u need to go into dbo.clan an delete the blank clans, when u delete a clan via emisand admin pane it doesn't remove the spot in dbo.clan, leaving a blank or nulled space for clan just go through and delete them
