I've been the music lounge mod for 3 years, we've had 4 different Ragezone radios along with other stupid ones... ALL of them diapered within a few weeks.
A. I guarantee you don't have enough bandwidth to handle over 20 users.
B. You wont have more then 1-5 people listening at a time anyway.
C. Ragezone is copyrighted, don't know where you got the idea that it wasn't...
D. It's pointless.
