[Help] Please Answer Me!

Somethimes like 3 or 4 times in one day, my JoinServer Crash, i dont know if say Crash cuz it still working, but happen this : when you log on any Account it freeze.

I see on the GS and say failed with error 10038

The JoinServer work perfectly its no md5, but somethime happen that, i need to exit the GS and open again but somethimes it say to me " the GameServer cant be open twice", i dont want to code to open the GS twice i just want the solution to dont crash the JoinServer, or i dont know what it is.

Please Help-

I dont know if is the JoinServer, but join to the Server use the JoinServer.

i have something like you,if you restart gs it will work,this is because ds become idle and gs dont contact it for db information
PS: when it appear to you? i mean you did some upgrades like changing gs,or windows or some programs?

I dont do nothing, like of the first day it's ocurring this, somedays dosent happen.

I have 4 Servers with the same Config, somethimes happen to 1 Server and the others still working perfectly, i need to "restart" the GS which "crash"

DS become Stand By because the GameServer dont need any information of it, cuz no1 cant connect.

it is difficult to fix... i don't know the reason 2 years ago i had this problem too, ithink it is not ServerFiles / dataserver bug... I only now noticed that i had not this bug anymore :D ;/ lol but i don't remember how i fixed it..

the problem is on Gs or pc , i mean GB Ram or speed pc , me too have this problem on my old server 1.0L wen i use account and password i use connect button and the Gs Freeze, try change Gs.

I dont think is the RAM because i have 2 GB Ram & Athlon X2 5200.

You change the OS?

12gb ram dd2 800mhz+4cores of AMD Opteron 2.3,not this is the problem.On same PC i hosted SAME SERVER FILES LIKE NOW WHEN I GET THE CRASH for 30days 24/24 each day WITHOUT ANY CRASH OR RESTART!
