Imbedding html in forums & forwarding DynastyCMS

Ok, i know its not a question u post in here, but its urgent. How do u put gtop100 and xtreme top 100 in the forums?

What port is the dynasty cms? because i want to forward it so people dont have to use hamachi to connect... i know it sucks.. thanks Zaraki Kenpachi for all your help by saying it sucks :*:
