[Small Release] Flash Based Server Status

Flash Based Server Status By MrSaints.

Yes, I know this release is as crap as it can get but hey...
Somebody might want it, and there is more to come ;)
I'll just go ahead and release this one which does utilize fsockopen.

However between this and average website status' this will not affect
your website loading speed... much. This is because it utilize actionscript
to load output from a PHP file that is not linked to your index, only flash.

And the script is looping, so updates are live ;)
