problems wit private servers nowadays..
man there used to be a lot of kick ass fun servers like gamingtown's mu world, which was like 99k or something, iono it was phat tho. Now i see like boring ass servers that are like 1x-1k, and what makes it boring is that they offer crappy things. Like say a 1k server would be BB with crappy items. Or... a 200x server would have everything good on it- but the rates are just low like hell and it makes the game boring. Fun= when you make the game unrealistically better for us all. Like... It's fun when you can start off with every good noob item in the game. I dunt get it esp. cuz most private servers goes down so fast, i mean mightas well make it like 500k exp or something. By making a server, say... Bless bug, but it's 1k exp, it's slow like hell, dont they know peopel wanna get to max level and start killing people... maybe i think differently from others, but my opinion is that low rate server simply delays the "fun" and excitment in MU. Which led me to play L2, that also got boring after peopel tried to make it seem liek a stupid official server. Who the hell wants to play a 1x-5x server when you can just play the "real" lineage 2... I know it's free and all to play private servers, but man... They want you to donate anyways so wtf? It's like paying for the server anyways! and 90% of the time after you donate the server goes DOWN. I've witnessed some sucessful private servers, but others are more tragic, mainly upon the clients. Personally I don't know why servers would go down so fast, I don't know what they do with it... and then.. there's a lot of servers that are more diligent to their own kind. Say for example- obvious mistreatment of one nationality towards another. Blah why advertise a server for everyone to play on when you're just gunna treat certain nationalities better than others.. For example they should put "ISRAELI ONLY SERVER" or... "SINGAPORE ONLY SERVER". It seems as if peopel should start doing that now- I mean like if you played on one of the foreign servers- you would notice how often people help you- very often right.... I dunno maybe it's okay to hate in their region, but I don't take it too lightly. Ahh gaming nowadays, there's like no actual "cool, friendly" server as advertised anymore. Even servers that claim "Friendly GM" I dont' notice that too often. You would ask for help and they would help the person they "like" more than you simply because you're newbish. Lol I find it funny when peopel try to gain popularity especially in an online game!!! Some people still do wanna play just for fun, even though they don't know what's going on, and a little help here and there wouldn't hurt another.. I'm no hypocrite either because I help everyone who asks me for help. Simple as that, even if i don't speak their language.
