Weapon damage problem & Client Editing Problem

Ok, right now im looking at my Brave Dual Panther Blades (9) and it has the weapon damage of 308. Isnt it supposed to be 908? How do i fix that? And another thing, when i edit my 3DDATA.VFS and make the NPC sell wings, it works on my comp. but when some1 else uses my 3ddata, it gives them an error. How do u fix that? and another, When i made a ring, i converted the stb into a csv for the server, and put that in, but still gives me trose.exe error. Help please. Sorry for all the problems -.-

p.s. another problem is the monsters hp bug. It looks low, but it takes the same time to kill as one without the bug.
