Ok heres a step by step,. .
1st get a webserver choices are wamp/xampp
now put your webfiles on the www 4 wamp / htdocs 4 xampp
open a browser , put in http://localhost/ or your Lan IP!
then now lets have a domain
go to http://dyndns.com have a account
https://www.dyndns.com/account/services/hosts/add.html ->>click this link to add a host
enter what u want
then
click Use auto detected IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
then create host. .
now meron ka ng host, example host mo ai. myhost.dnsdojo.net
open your domain using your browseru should see ur router / modem! ok? after that plz msg back!:thumbup:

Find your router, when u find your router, click it and find a guide for HTTP^__^ its port80!

ok, let me clear things out, ur looking for a site?
ok, so heres how it is, when it cames to domains / dedicated hosting its not free! none of it is free!
but there is what we call a subdomain w/c is free .. but its like this yoursite.google.com meaning your just a subdomain of google,. . or yoursite.dyndns.com/yoursite.domain.com
yoursite=your domain
so, we are using no-ip or dyndns for free domains....
Anyways you , your self will be hosting the site. . your not going to look for a site^__^
bt u can ask someone to host ur site, like dedicated hosting! but no no no FREE^__^

ur site is in your computer. . u are now the host. . ok?^__^
Whats your subdomain? ^__^ try opening it! or open your wan ip in browser u should see you modem/router
