Stupid Lakeside T_T Lol

Ok this is my problem....Im trying to edit the drops in Lakeside so they drop the whole level 99 kit Double SLot(Suit and Gloves with Amp in 1 slot)...i have got Mutant Forest Dropping it all fine but Lakeside just WONT DROP T_T everytime i implement the below, my world servers wont start.

At first i tried doing it in the mob drop part and isolating each drop per mob (Like i have done in MF) but it still doesnt work..

My modded drops are 126 onwards....i dont see anything wrong, i have tabbed between each column T_T

Also, Does anyone know what database is used for the GM Mailing system, i would like to create a program i can use to announce a server restart. As the one on Chumpywumpys GM Tools doesnt come up with the window at the side alerting the user a new message has come through for some reason.

I should have watched my mouth and not said/talked shit to DeadlyData telling him things like your are not welcome here because then I become the one who is truly not welcome here.

OK i have fixed this issue by editing the existing drops of the items that were already ready, now im just waiting on answers to my last two questions.

Don't bother with the mailing system. Without that popup to announce you have mail nobody knows it has been delivered which makes it pointless for announcements. The delivery speed is horribly slow as well which is why i gave up after initial testing.

Is there any other way of announcing a server reboot etc, like a global shout :/? and maybe try and get the Warning Message to come up (Like when your coming up to a hard boss, like in VC )

No the chat box is about all you can do. I know there are ways as official use them but as far as i know they all rely on external tools we don't have.
