i cant understand why no one use the oficial launcher :S
Why do you want one without .NET Framework, you should have this installed on your computer even if your not using applications that require it. Most user-made apps that are made in things like VB.net (Not sure now but i think C++.net requires it)Quote:

In Microsoft Windows the only ways you can "not" have the framework is to
A. Never update windows
B. run windows 98 or below
C. live in a fifth world African nation without access to the internet.....
point is .NET is so common now days that there really is no point in a programmer suffering through the extra hours of coding that would be required in a non .NET language for just a free launcher.... Pay me and i will code you one in C++ otherwise we do it the simple way and use .NET
