[Help] Nontraditional BlessBug O_o

Hello again. I'm having trouble with bless sell price. My server has bless bug turned off, but when someone tries to sell a bless that they got from a monster in the shop they get ~600kk zen.. Kinda annoying for the administration of a low exp server don't you think?

Any fix? Or info on where/how to disable bless drop from monsters?

BB can happends if the players sell to a shop the Jewels, what drops from Red Dragons (invasion)...
