Eathena has everything if you can't find it you're basically really blind? If you want the LATEST as in UP TO DATE RO server for the up to date client you're going to have to be patient cuz probably people are working on it as we speak, people have lives you know, not everythings about RO ;P anyways, good luck on finding the server / client you're asking for.
