connect mysql to my pc

help me connect mysql to ipadress my pc................. :):

A. is your mysql service running?
B. Have you configured it?

If yes to above download a client and connect to

127.0.0.1
user = root
Pass = Whatever you assigned it as

if No

Then go download Mysql *google search it*
