There is no open match server, even the one I use isn't fully open-source, unless somebody releases the server, someone like you will never have one.
Also don't talk like assembly as if it were a simple "edit" tool, it takes long hours to make small changes.

I'm not sure, but:
This is a Client edit as i think. But, you can also make it working with Matchserver to call you new strings using the UGrade.
