Hi all, I do not understand, whats a dedi server is, i know it helps lots of people on a server without it lagging and its 24/7 but can somebody teach me what bandwith and all that means, so i dont go out and get a shit server, ty

anyway bud the best place to get a dedi is www.vpsland.com thier cheap but good.
Bandwith is better high the more bandwith the more ppl u can hold ona server
u need good hd memory. and ram
i suggest u goto vpsland.com and pick the ultimate plain its $68 a month or even the 3rd plan is good the cheapest thier is like $17 a month. now.... if u need anyhelp coding or need a website thats badass let me know im more then interested in joining yr team
ive owned 5 different dedicated serrver lines paying over $800 a month hosting games for ppl so if u need help on dedi just let me know ok.

be serious... what the hell is the point of a person to have a wow server if he doesn't know what bandwidth is... come on ... you know every retarded kid had a server..do you really think we need more stupid "projects" to steal ascent/mangos or other emu's work and rename it to "badass new emu" like arc-emu does ?

That's the reason why wikipedia was created..to answer questions like that... if a person can't think enough to google something then they don't deserve help , and i do have my share of people i help .. but i only do it if i know for sure it's not a waist of typing or breath...

Oh and.. i'm here because i can be , that doesn't mean i want to make people like me.. if i would want that i would do like every "smartass" does.. i'd release some "kewl" repack with some crap i find on other forums and a few fixes from me and i'd become some "omg leet smartass" or start compiling some emu's for people who can't do it for themselves
