Second server

I have one server Mercury and its 7 channels.
The recently established a second IP on my server.
Question: How to set up another server, such as Venus, the second IP?

And I need to do two different servers on the same basis ACCOUNT, but with different databases GAMEDB

You will need a second gamedb only but it will have to have a different name. You will also need to edit several stored procedures as a lot of them reference the gamedb by name so you will need to change the stored procedures to use the new name.
