some problem

i started to make again a server but i cant make a char cause everytime i make a char i always got dc after i go ingame and an error formed inside the notepad. Thats the error:(: i think i cant connect to SQL but i already follow the instructions.

And also i made an account manager but i cant make a char there. It loads then after awhile nothings happened. Actually i can make account but i cant make a char. But i already changed the config.php to the rootdir of mine then the sql ID and pass i already included.
