where clan masters can get the list of clan members
where clan master can make some of the clan members admin
where clan masters can make clan admin member
where clan masters can remove the member from clan
where clan master can close his clan

Clan admin
where clan admin can kick member and see list of members and can remove himself from clan

Clan members
Where clan members can see the list of members and can remove himself from clan

I think if you got a streaming thing and a thing how to record your screen xd You could make it. Otherwise i don't know :P It would be hard.

Anyhow, you can stream your current desktop via rtsp (Real Time Streaming Protocol for noobs like you.), then integrate it with an embed in your site. Or do a HTTP streaming via port 8080 or what so ever.
