How can we play as a monster like what Ultimate Gunz did?

what the title says...i wanna be the goblin king

change the human models in your man/woman.mrs to npc models.

i cant make it a item?

ofc you can use item/weapon/etc models instead of the npc ones

no i mean can i make a item that when i put it on it changes me into a npc

its easy U_U

how then cause i wanna do it on my offline pserver to test...

To make an item out of the models just take them and ad them to weapons.xml and zitem.xml

XD ok can i make it a head peice? XD

Use Blender for that

i mean....you equip the head peice and it turn you into that so i think it easy just scale it
