Why do you need the script? Just make them post on the forums with proof of donation, check paypal to see if they are telling the truth, and add items via DB or if you have a cp.
That page doesn't look automated to me..

Why not use forum subscriptions? that's what Trinity did. They paid and got moved to the donator group and then they posted proof.
You can always try and get someone to make a custom subscription forum mod. Pay, gets moved to donator group, item sent automatically.
