[Help] Advice needed

Hi, I need a guide and certainly I need to know which server version is advisable at least for:

Windows Server 2003 32Bit with Intel Core 2 Quad CPU @ 2.40 GHZ & 1024 MB RAM

Recently I've setup a 97d + 99 server, and an error appeared when GameServer.exe was executed stating somewhat like: "Instruction... 0x00000080.... could not write memory!"

Has anybody came across with this problem? I presume it's involving RAM, which is too low.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance. Thank you in advance.

There is no way it could be ram.

I've tried installing Mu Server V1.0L and the server barely manages to handle it compared to 97D + 99 the server lost all it's memory... I presume that the codes in later versions of the servers are less sophisticated than the older ones.
