Have problem with .BAT

Hello all!
Can someone can help me to create .bat file to start play in my own server!
Problem have that i creating .bat file but he dont want to start,but i do all right!
I just dont now what the problem?
Or maybe someone can create for me that .bat file?Or show where is guide!
I have first time that problem!
