Episode 7 & 8? I'm not that good with RO episode numbers but I know that if you want to play off line, you have to set all the IPs to 127.0.0.1
can anybody help me i need a private offline server if so possible the latest version with all the rebirth jobs and skills pls send it to my email danilo2535@yahoo.com

Go here, but when you get to the IP's and stuff, set them ALL to 127.0.0.1. You can skip the "Port Forwarding", "Getting People To Connect", and "Editing Sclientinfo.xml". For your sclientinfo.xml, just use 127.0.0.1...
EDIT: And for the newest server files go here. Get the one titled "Text Version" under the "eAthena Trunk" section. It'll have all the newest stuff and it's easy to install.
