My players complain Cheats, everything is fine give screens, etc. things to prove cheats.
But most of Cheaters runs in MF and if player see cheater, he see a numeric code.
There is an opportunity for the code to know who this is?

GMs (nation = 3) can see the names. There probably is a way of working it out but i don't know how.
I found this on another forum which might be of some use. Not my work so credits to the original poster. Apparently there is a trick.
1. Go into a town, like Desert Scream.
2. Go nearly the warp centre entry.
3. Place your camera, that you can see the player, which name do you want to know.
4. Enter the warp centre, and for nearly 1 second every character in Desert Scream has a normal name.
One thing that works in war is to select character and in just a sec print screen the names of the characters. It is like the method chump said.
Maybe there is a file that can be edited in the DB or in the game.exe which can enable every players to see the names of anyone in the warzones.
Who.. know how remove.... name decoding on war zones?
i dont know thats why it warzone they make it that to have thrill in warzone...
well you can edit the cabalmain`s memory, i have a pointer for the map type: war, pk or no pk and if you set it from 3 (war) to 0 you will see the names of other characters.
can u explain where are the values, etc. things?
Can we edit the cabalmain by hexing?
If yes in what offset is it? What string, bytes per row, and the offset base is it?

Best thing would be to have more GMs monitor the game in war maps and during nation war ^^
