[Help]Error: ReportBugs

I get one error in my Main Char.

i enter with ID and Pass, choose the Char, and when Loading end aparece , my Game Close and open window: ReportsBug


and when the bar of Loading fulls, appears a Message: Entering in Perfect World ......
and later the Game Closes and appears a new window: ReportBugs

This only in my First Char, i have created others and enter normaly.
Can somebody help me, Please?

Try this :

right clic=>delete=>dir "\Perfect World\element\reportbugs"

And you will nerver see again the reportbugs window :ott1:

the same error, only dont appears the window: ReportBugs
But the Game Closed when entering in Perfect World.
But i get this error only in my First Create Char,

I will go to place my server online,
but I have fear of this error to happen with other people and them to lose the Char of them.

when I try to enter with this Char, in the console of the Linux I appear these messages:
