Some Questions [my proplems T.T]

Hello , since i got this fucking new computer my sever started to fuck up so most of things doesn't work here are list of proplems ::*:
1)cant see my server
2)cant go into my website just in using my local ip
3)cant setup any website [all does not work]
4)cant make sa account -.-[i tested many times didn't work or i dont know how to do it]this isnt so diff
5)cant make uploading stuff
6)I NEED HELP
7)im fucked up now

for the web-site problem youll have to have port 80 opened

ye i have it opened its such as the server cant see and cant login but others can so others can login my site and see it only me not check out : http://zero-gunz.co.nr [not ad]

Re install there is a DB install guide on youtube just search there a bit.
