kind of a hard question to answer, "which one is best?".... Im sure all of them work if properly configured.. however, there is no one package fits all, you'll have to do some homework yourself as this is what everyone else did...
Myself, I used PTFusion repack, a Patch, Monster Patch, and finally KPT Endless Tower ultimate realease 2.2... for the client, I used DPT with DarkFusion game.exe.. I have a thread somewhere explaining in detail.. its recent
I never had problems setting it up, connecting and running only took me 4 hours.. but cleaning out the garbage, getting clans to work, website, xpt account manager, etc, etc... well that took about 80 hours and I'm not even near done.
