[Help]Editing things and gm stuff.help

I was looking in my database and saw there is gm equips. how do i edit my chars equips from the data base?
and how do i put items in my inventory from my database because the kazaaze map peices never drop im stuck at gorgos all the time.

Metalnuxx workshop link is down so i cant get cash things to.

And i go to dbo.goodsinfolist and i try to edit the items like the stats and the prices but when i edot it still doesnt change them in the game
