Ugh!!!
I've been with PT for a few years now, i cant even remember honestly. I think me creating my own server killed PT for me, ever since then, its never been the same. Now, i just get bored if i try playing, all the fun of PT has left :$: anyone else feel this way? I LOVED first starting EPT creating my mech, paying past lvl 39, well i didn't love paying but just enjoyed playing. I'm guessing since i was 14 then and now i'm nearly 18 iv just matured out of it? idk but i miss the good old days

Re: Ugh!!!
I could relate at times. The problem isn't the game itself. The game IS fun and has a unique gameplay stype of 1 vs mob as opposed to other games. However, it's not the gameplay I find that people miss. It's the community that came with it as one time. Back then everyone helped eachother and went out of thier way to be kind to others. I remember starting out the highest level knight on server gave me a bunch of old KS items without me even asking for it. Just told him I had a hard time finding KS gear.
Then some level 20's would run through garden of freedom and offer to sell items directly or give away for free. I remember Tower Shields being 16k. The community we once knew has sadly died. Because at the time it was the only 3D game around, it got the best players around. When it was no longer beta and other games were quick to take away it's 3D uniqueness, those players ended up migrating to other games slowly but surely.
Kind of sad really. If this community wasnt full of greed and still had that old spirit we might even come up with that community one last time considering many people here are ancient PT players.

Hey Great (loser! jk lol)
I agree, when i first started PT it was with a buddy of mine who had introduced it to me and i fell in love, i remember playing beta and then the official release, the game was packed...players left and right. 2x's being todays 9x-10x's on ePT. Just like cloak said, the community slowly started finding new homes...i remember when PT was booming games like Rose online raised from hell and took alot of its players, then came other small games that took alot of players along with WoW that took alot of my very well friends from PT.
One of the things that killed the PT community was that the old community we once knew so well was very friendly, in some cases TOO friendly, as people started to quit, more accounts were being handed over to friends/family/sold/traded/ect. and most of them in the hands of the wrong people.
All the american members slowly became Arabs, Asians, some who created terrible names for those characters or got them banned.
Another reason for the community dying was yedangs stupid moves, such as banning all BR's from ePT and moving them to brPT. The fact was that most (if not ALL) br's didnt wanna move because they had friends on BrPT they did not want to lose. Some even owned clans like the one i was in on Migal wich was a like 60% BR server basicly.
With all the games coming out that were so unique in theyre own way, and Yedangs lack of updates to Priston tale, the game just didnt match up.
