Can't create characters

what the title says, im using ArcEmu 3.0.9 9551 and i cant create any characters

It's possible that the character table from logon database or playercreateinfo table from world database is corrupt and that is the reason that you can't create characters.

Is there an easy way to fix this because I have same kind bug, logging in server works perfectly, but when I attempt to ENTER a realm itself with new created character, I get disconnected and when I log back on, my character isn't on my list.

You should get a new repack because it's probably corrupt.
