EDIT: I FIXED THE PANNEL proplem just now MPOG proplem left >.> any helpers?

Did you "destroy" the php.ini?

Try restoring the php.ini with the original and see if that works

or did you allways have this?
if yes then u could try another web server package.. like xampp

search for display_errors = On
set it to
display_errors = Off
