There is no source file for priston tale. Only Yedang Online has that now I would imagine. So don't bother looking for one because you wont find it.
UPT has it. If you get a good enough decompiler you can get the source. But its not C++, open the client in a hex editor and have a look through, its signed by a few different HLL's

I really doubt anyone has the "source" for it. maybe some unpacked exe's or something along those lines...but having the source for the file would make editing possibilities endless.

They don't have it. Whoever told you that has no idea what he/she is talking about or is lying. If that person claims to have the source as well, then they're just trying to seem like they have some sort of importance.
Everything they've done is doable via reverse engineering. With the source, they could actually do something worth-wild, but since they do not have it they are restricted to the same edits that all of us have been doing with the key difference being that a lot of their work is already done for them because of Sandur.
A decompiler wont give you source code unless the person wrote their application/game in an old, old language like VB4.0. Decompilation is more of a thing of the past really. If it still stood true today, software companies would be in terrible conditions. Security would be a wreck since analyzing possible exploitation opportunities would be incredibly easy.
Instead people usually go the Olly+ASM route and do what they gotta do.
