[HELP]mssql 2005 database

hi i had all working and randomly mssql 2000 stopped working so i decided to install sql 2005. now the problem that happened in mssql 2000 is that the services just wont start no more and if i do a fresh install right before it finishes installing when its registering the x content etc it says it cannot be registered etc lots of them and i cant open it so it all whent good in mssql 2005 but when i try to restore the database i get this this is an error from sql 2005 http://img242.imageshack.us/img242/3813/kxi6fctmp.jpg

did you change the stuff under options? like overwrite current db and then down there change the path for the mdf and log data... then try run it again
