Locator and MatchAgent isn't working on VPS

I'm using Rev6 files, and I used to host on home-hosted computers.

MatchAgent uses TCP and UDP on port 7777.

Now, I'm on a VPS and I am getting this in-game:

NAT Config set... from :

and then, 0 ping from the player.

For the Locator,
it uses UDP and listens to port 8900.

The server list will not show.

How can I fix the errors?

I need an urgent response!

port 7000 not 7777

When MatchAgent is created, it says that.

MatchAgent created (Port: 7777)

you need use both TCP & UDP :):

Windows Firewall.

an offtopic question... how much does your vps cost monthly?

I can't. I didn't make Locator & MatchAgent.

@Demantor: VPSes don't have Windows Firewall on - on default.

well, the vps which i am working on, i had to add the ports to the windows firewall to let the vps listen to those ports!

But mine is off. =\

just do as same as u did on ur pc, SAME

It isn't as simple as using a home PC.

i never got this problem with my vps but im try to fix it for u ^_~

Well but I changed the UDP port of MatchAgent/DBAgent or w.e. to 53.

Now I get 999 ping instead of 0 ping.
