Error in mangos console ( Action 20580 ...)

When people try to create night elf druids i get this message pasted into my server's console:

Anyone knows how could this problem be fixed?

I think that when they create the druid, one of the spells is not getting learnt for them.

I would reccomend checking out playercreateinfo_spell table in ur mangos database
