So I've been on this for over 24 hours non stop now, and I'm starting to feel pretty frustrated with the whole thing.
The game starts all ok.
The mysql server is up all ok.
I click the runserver-sql.bat and it pops up the three windows.
It makes me wait for a minute or so,
and then it says this:
Can't connect to mysql server on '213.216.240.172' (116)
