Quesr exp and skill exp...need clarification

Hi all,

I have a private server running and all going well.Due the guide and support from the razezoners i have made it happen and thanks for all the devlopers like chumpy,darkxxl,cypher and all who worked on it.

The thing i didnt understand is that if we increase server to 5x Exp,it means the quest exp is also get increased to 5x or only normaly creeps hunting exp is 5x??? Both are same or different from each other.if same then no problem but if not same then where shud we increase the quest exp..

And if ne1 have ne events working on their server plz post here the process of sm event...as event are more imp on server to get attract...i can only use exp event till now..not more thn that..i dono if ne more event i can conduct..if ne1 hav ne ideas plz do help

Another last thing i wana ask is there is a there som guide abt som monster summon by darkxxl...can som tell clear process how to add a monster in som map and after they kill it it shud spawn again after smtime like tht...if ne1 could hav a clear guide plz post

I'm actually not completely sure about whether the quest rewards scale in line with the EXP but i think i would be correct at guessing it doesn't. I have not noticed the reward amounts going up or down when i change rates (i have floating rates most of the time) but the client only displays what is in the enc files so it is possible it could tell you one number and apply another. I think it only applies to mob hunting.

Events are a tricky one as people tend to keep their event ideas to themselves to make their server stand out more. Floating rates and using DropDiscount are 2 i have posted here but to be honest almost anything you can do requires some form of script to run on the server. I have not seen anyone post serverside scripts other than myself which is partly because most people don't know much about bash script and those that do keep stuff to themselves.

Adding/modifying mob spawns is as simple as editing the mmap files in /etc/cabal/Data/Data_World but you need to understand how these files are put together if you want to do anything interesting. Using the reference files in /etc/cabal/docs/reference you can find the speciesidx and map numbers. From there i would suggest finding an entry for a mob you know the location of, duplicating it and then experimenting with the duplicate. The column headings should give you an idea of what most of the columns are.

The only thing a guide can tell you for this is what the column titles mean but most of them are easy enough to work out form the titles themselves.

you can increase the quest xp by changing it manually for each quests.

i tried adding monster in my server as said on the guide i added last line..and restarted the server but nothing came in the map...and im nt getting in which map they r summoned...i search ice desert and green at the xy co-ordinates but i couldnt fine ne monster there....im attaching the file here plz tel if ne mistakes there in the file and som1 can plz add the line to summon a monster in the bloody ice map between wrap and town

can u plz tel me how to increase the quest exp manually...if possible just show me where i can the change it and how...

I attached the mmap of myne plz chek and tel if nething wrong in that and in tht wht does mmap column means..is it a map id or wht i really dono abt wht is it and i dono with tht last line added where the monster will summon and when..
