pls help

so my prob is when i log into the server i stuck in the channel select pls help :/

Go to VMware and in console or terminal type:
service cabal status
and look if everythink "running".
if not,look in .ini files using WinSCP in folder /etc/cabal/LoginSvr_xx_.ini
and WorldSvr_xx.ini
