Hexing the IP address

I need help hexing the IP address of my client. Whenever I hex it and save, it becomes like this. I've tried like many times and nothing works.

from localhost to 125.212.72.141

open up system.mrs and edit system.xml -__-

Then how would you change its ip?

First Edit It with PE Explorer and delete Exe as Given in Maxtrax Guide.. it will u..

I still get that problem and I have done that -_-. I copy my ip and past over the others.
