Latest updates for l2server

Can somebody post here all updates and actions needet to make latest aviable c1 server mixed with c2 features plz? and dont forget links..
i already have workin c1 server.. just interesting of recent updates..

and for client
get correct l2meshes from here (i heard about different versions. post plz which is best, and exact file size plz)
