Caali, Rhisis, or Self created? [Server Files]

Im not asking for any of these files. I'm asking to know which would be best for a private server that Im starting that will eventually hold 100+ people.

I know that caali files are pretty good but I also heard that they can hold max around 50-80 people. I don't want to edit server files that Ill have to trash in the long run.

I don't know much about the rhisis files. Server limit? Completed entries so far? Coded in C++?

Lastly, I'm starting to learn c++ and other coding methods, but I'll need a coder if I want to start from scratch.

Caalis are incomplete, buggy, dangerous, and can not be developed further.

It would be best to go with Rhisis, or Osa in the long run.

and...osaflyff and rhisis are not finished so you have to wait some month...
