(help) how to connect network to my arcemu host

hi all. please help

i finished setup my wow private server using arcemu 3.0.9 wotlk, after all of instalation succesfull (already work on my pc) , i try to setup server for my network (at least 20-25 client connected)

try to set up : arcemu-realms configuration files like this :
172.16.0.79 >. my ip
172.16.0 1 - 172.16.4.3 >> network IP

network PC succefull logeed on my realmlist but it can't open at character windows
